Thanks for your post. I opened a ticket with ReloadIt today and was told that I'd get a response within 3-5 days but the CSR I spoke to didn't give me any comfort that this would go anywhere. Definitely makes me feel better that ReloadIt was able to figure out and resolve the issue for you. The money eventually came back to your Safe? Did you have the same issue where the Serve (or other card) "reversed" the transcation?

Have also opened a case with Serve to investigate. I am talking to their technical department and while discussing the case she said, "we had a similar issue happen a few days ago - I'll check what happened with that.". Haven't heard back from Serve yet.

Should have read more regarding the $1k loads. Lesson learned.
