This. I've processed many many thousands through ReLoadit and while mostly problem free, the couple of times I did have problems were with loads of $1000 in one load drawing from two packs. In both cases, I had to initiate an investigation with ReloadIt who, to its credit, resolved the issue each time within a week. Both times, the CSR could see from my account the load had gone out and there was apparently a denial (for some reason) on the receiving end but the money never came back, so it wasn't difficult for me to explain what happened or have them understand the problem.

Since then, I've switched to loading from one pack at a time and never had the issue again.
