With 15 new cards in the last 12 months and no preapproved offers it looks like I won't be getting a CSP anytime soon. Since the annual fee on my Ritz card is due soon, and I just got a new Lounge Club card with an expiration date of 9/30/2016, and the CSP has the same benefits as the Ritz otherwise, I decided to upgrade my Chase Sapphire that I've had for years to a CSP. Called the number on the back of CS and the rep processed it with no issues or question. It already had a $5k credit line so maybe that helped.
