Got my box last week. A nice box with a nifty 787 model on a stand, including a plaque with your name on it; a new Altitude card and two new luggage tags that are just like your previous card but with a subtle "Million Mile" logo in the corner.
Here are the assembly instructions. Amazingly, this is the process for assembling an actual 787 too.
