If you mean lifetime Gold/Plat status through the AA Million Miler program I would be astonished if any miles earned through Silver card spend (AAdvantage or EQM) count. EQM bonus miles earned by the Citi Exec card have never counted toward the million miler total. A couple of years ago AA stopped counting Citi Exec AAdvantage miles toward the million miler total and switched to actual miles flown accrual (as opposed to the minimum 500 miles per segment)
Yes, I was talking about lifetime gold/platinum. I know that redeemable miles from credit cards or anywhere else no longer count, but I couldn't find it explicitly stated whether EQM miles from credit cards count. Thanks for the response.
