At that point we were starving and made our way to el rancho grande. Not the best Mexican I’ve ever had, but decent and good margaritas for sure. Excellent service.
Glad to hear you had a nice trip. The one thing I'd note for others reading this thread (and for you next time) is try to do Joe T Garcia's instead for Tex Mex. Food will be a bit better at Joe T's, and it's a Fort Worth institution.
