Another nightmare at CLT yesterday. GA's overwhelmed when a flight to IAD cancelled and chaos erupted. Clear they had no clue particularly when they referred to UAL as customer. Then my flight- a rare two cabin plane CLT/EWR cancelled after sitting there for 6 hours. Second-rate Ricky dink operation there and it shows.
Good news- so I am told- is that after October all flights from CLT will be two- cabin...now if that could fix the grounds ops
