Meal offer for a morning longhaul flight

Hi,

I flew Dubai – London in CW yesterday and was really surprised with the food selection. The flight left Dubai at 9.20am which is 6.20am UK time.
Just after take-off, we have been served a full lunch menu:
Starter was a selection of Mezze or a plate of chili/lime prawns. (very spicy!!)
Main course was the famously BA overcooked piece beef or a tajine or cheese filled pasta with mushroom sauce.
Then cheese or a passion fruit mousse.

I’m glad I had a full breakfast at my hotel prior to heading to the airport as a full lunch menu seems a bit “hardcore” for my stomach at 9 in the morning.

Would it be more suitable for BA to serve a nice full breakfast at that time instead of a full lunch? Does anyone agree?
