And I think free changes is far more valuable than the EML seats. I guess it is all a matter of perspective.

The same could be said about the upgrades to F on OALs, where they are sold at a discount or you can hope to get one for free. The fact that B6 starts with a sufficiently good product in regular economy skews my view, I suppose, but that's a big deal to me. Not getting EML for free is a non-issue.
