For each specific ticket type such as Special, Saver, Flex and Flex Plus, a group of ticket codes are assign to each.
That's what some will find confusing, and no it's not in the FAQs.
I assume, it is because of two things not in the FAQ's: EK does not want that you do know the booking class beforehand. You should choose between Flex Flex Plus etc.
Secondly, the same booking class on a different routing can be another fare typ, i.e sometimes a C class (the booking class C) is a Flex Plus, on other routing it is only a Flex
