Try to place your reservation by FAX at least two weeks in advance - if still no luck, try to make a reservation after arrival trough your paris-hotel-concierge.

The sight (from the Eiffel tower) and the interior setting (by Slavik) and the kitchen (was a Michelin **, ist still a Michelin *) is worth the (reservation) efforts.
