IAD/IAH had been going on for a while. Was a 764 for a while when I lived there and was flying out of IAD every week (2012-2014).

Ditto IAD/SFO though if I recall it wasn't daily like IAD/IAH - but I definitely flew it a couple times RNO - SFO - IAD back in 2012/2013.

There used to be a daily widebody on IAD/ORD that was downgauged to an international 752 for a while in 2014 timeframe - not sure the status of that route these days.

The IAH/SFO 787 is daily I believe - or at least M-F, I see it coming in to land every workday morning at SFO from my current work site.
