Ok but would the poor guy really be leaking "everywhere" or it it confined to his own arms? It's one thing if he's spurting out pus, but would be more likely to just sit on his own arms.
Obviously if he gets it on the armrests, he should wipe it down, but it's unlikely that he's a volcano of pus that explodes all throughout the cabin.
