US/AA does not operate flights within Europe, but only to and from Europe across the Atlantic to its hubs (JFK, PHL, MIA, ORD, CLT, etc.)

A number of European airlines fly the A330, but rarely if ever would these be used for anything other than long-haul intercontinental flights.
