By participating in this programme, you will help SkyTeam to improve its service offering to you and the rest of over 600M passengers that fly SkyTeam member airlines. The past couple of weeks we have invited customers of all member airlines of the SkyTeam Alliance to become exclusive SkyPriority Panel members. We are happy to announce that we are close to finishing the recruitment phase.

The SkyPriority Panel, your gateway to our boardroom.

The SkyPriority panel brings together a group of frequent travelers who have experience with the SkyPriority services delivered to you by all SkyTeam member airlines. As a member of the panel you will have exclusive access to the SkyPriority APP which you will use during your travels to audit the service you receive.

Only panel members have access to this mobile app which allows them to share their experiences by uploading pictures, describing their journey and evaluating our SkyPriority performance via a very short checklist of “yes/no” questions.

Ready to board?!

In the coming 2 weeks we will prepare the publication of the app in the app stores. Starting mid-August we'll send out personalized usernames and logins to all customers who have been selected to join the panel. This will be a phased approach and as such you may receive the email with login credentials in a few months as we integrate and grow the program
