They are slowly rolling it out to larger cities because of reports that the process is significantly slower at checkout (and loading our RBs).

There have been mentions that a new updated is going to be rolled out soon which speeds up the process. Also, there are rumors that we will be receiving chip and pin RedBirds before the October deadline to be compliant.
