If your travel charge is ABOVE your miles value, you could only redeem at $25 increment. If your travel charge is UNDER your miles value, you could redeem the full amount of the travel charge.

Either way you would still lose the 10% rebate as you cannot redeem it until your balance grows back to $25 worth.
