Last week my wife applied for AS and Virgin MC cards, was declined. Today got letters that she was denied because of too many inquiries in last 12 months. She doesn't have any active AS/VA cards now, she cancelled them 3 months ago.

How tough is BoA recon now? Did anybody succeed with overriding such decision?
