No residency restriction that I can see but the following from the Ts+Cs makes me wonder:
In the U.S., the prepaid card is issued by by MetaBank, Member FDIC; in Canada, the card is issued by Peoples Trust Company,
The one (1) $50 Prepaid MasterCard® will be sent to the guest’s SPG registered address
A participating member in this offer would have to reside in the U. S. or Canada.
