If you get the official taxis from the airport it's a fixed price (ie, not meter)
If it's the same as at SUB, there is a taxi counter within the terminal with some digital info counter-like displays. You key in your desired type of taxi and your destination. It will print a receipt which you pay to the lady at the desk right there. Then head to the taxi queue.
