The problkem with most of the monthly fee cards (even some w/o a fee) is once you hit a certain amount and their computer sees large uploads and large unloads , they will shut you down and freeze the funds for 6 months.
PP is sold at places where you can get category bonus. That is why it is attractive to people - $3.95 is a lot better than other cards sold at the same category bonus earning places.
Nobody is talking about having these prepaid cards to set up "accounts". As
Mamibear said, most people treat these just as another VGC, they are out the door shortly after being purchased.
