GA offers the Plaza Premium Lounge. Between that, the KE and the CI lounge, which is the best ? I arrive at 10:30 AM and leave around 15:45.

5 Hrs at the Wing or the Pier is a breeze but which of the above offers reasonable F&B and proper showers ?

I would suggest the premium lounge as they are the only lounge that will have a shower, but not sure your flight will give u more than 3 hrs entry, as premium lounge has a few rates for number of hours.

The korean lounge is pretty poor and the CI is maybe only slightly better but with no internal toilets and no lounge. Food options are limited.
