The manager I spoke to today tried to scare me into keeping the card open by lying about me still being required to pay the AF, even though I haven't hit my anniversary date, and the AF isn't to be charged until 7/31. He said that regardless of whether I downgrade or cancel my account today, that he was still going to charge me the AF. I told him that he was full of excrement, and to cancel my card immediately. Maybe that was hasty, but he pissed me off!
