What is confusing about it? Isn't it 1% when you use it and then 1% when you pay it off and you just need to not make a payment on the account until it posts?
For one, not being able to pay early without penalty is a little confusing. Is there anything else out there like that?
Two, reports are that AGC and plenty of other financial transactions only get 1%.
Three, of course, the forex fees.
The DC is not a slam dunk.
My point is, the simple, forex-free, 2% true cashback card with no BS is a mirage, still.
