There is likely a pool at the resort, Perhaps they have "noodles" on which you can lie back and even do some gentle exercises in the pool. If you are not in a cast, try walking in the pool. It will help strengthen your quads and feels good. Walk forwards and backwards (if dr says ok). Good luck,
If the resort has kayaks, they are also likely to have floatation vests, a word with a manager might procure one for you to use during the week so you can float peacefully.
