Apologies if this is old hat but today I got 3 notifications of a flight substitution via three channels: by text, by email, and a large red banner on my EC home page (plus another flag in MMB). No excuse for not clocking it, even if like me you are red colour blind. Definitely an improvement on the old days when at best if you were lucky there was just a red ! in MMB. flag.
