Rows 12, 14, 15 can be E+ or E- depending on
739 configuration (no Row 14 when 12 & 15 are E+). Typically they will be shown initially as E+ but closer to departure and the specific aircraft is scheduled, the map will reflect the actual aircraft configuration. This may be what you are seeing.
