In BRU terminal A there are fountains just outside the toilets (last visit a few months ago). Similarly at CDG terminal 1. MAD and VGO also enjoy fountains spread around the terminal.

Even in ZRH there is at least one (close to the toilets which are one floor below the main transfer area, which coincides with the path from the A60-80 gates towards the exit (when landing)).

In Europe, i always got along with either fountains or tap water from washing basins. Still alive (though any long term illness, such as using to think LH was a decent airline, might be attributed to such careless approach).
