JVC sells DV/S-VHS and DV/DigiBeta dual-transport decks. The HR-DVS3U will set you back about $1000 bucks. I doubt they have high-speed dubbing though.

But I don't understand what you want beyond just dubbing from the camcorder to a VCR. That's about as easy as it gets...
