In response to the issue reported by Coathanger and m0hamed, our mobile team has identified and fixed the problem that is causing the Hyatt app to display blank text on the home page. The latest app version introduced an issue where the app does not handle some cases correctly when the device is not set to one of Hyatt’s supported languages. This scenario includes when the device is set to variations of English, such as English (UK).
A fix is being submitted to the App Store, however, this is subject to Apple approval, and generally takes 1-2 weeks. In the interim, you may bypass this issue by setting your device to English or, you may always book/view reservations using our mobile website.
