My anniversary date is in December. I'd be interested in hearing about acceptance/denial of upgrade request along with anniversary month.
Just recently got upgrade eligibility on a card whose anniversary is end of October / beginning of November.

Front line agents seem to have no idea why someone is eligible or not.
