Were you able to get this upgrade. I have been pestering SBI card team since last year october but they are saying there is a technical glitch in the system. I also emailed to the CEO desk and got a response back in December that it would be done by Feb but nothing so far.

Has anyone else been able to upgrade to Gold using JetPrivilege Platinum. I upgraded my Vistara to Gold using JPPlat and it was a breeze
