Hmm, I would not say slightly better. However, they do compliment each other well. The extra 0.2% on Arr+ makes a huge difference to me though, which equates to hundreds of extra $'s per year in my pocket. I know most people do not put well into the 6 figures on this card, but an extra $100 per $100k spend adds up quickly.
