You need 52,500 AA miles for a Europe-Asia business class award one-way.
You have nowhere near enough BA avios for a one way business class award.

So, an outright redemption is not possible if you want to fly business return.

An ex-EU fare is probably best, perhaps using avios for the shorthaul to connect.

QR from OSL/AMS/BRU currently looks cheapest at around £1,300. I would suggest trying ITA Matrix.
