My ticket says Z on the ORD-CVG leg as well, but that flight is operated by DL so no idea if that's correct (never flown delta before). KLM.com says my seat on the ORD-CVG flight is Delta One but I thought Delta One was only on international and jfk/lax/sfo flights so that's probably just first, also considering it's a small CRJ-900.
That's just a KLM IT glitch, I noticed that when you have a ticket with multiple stopovers it will sometimes take the first class of service marketing name and replicate it to the rest of the segments (regardless of the actual classes offered onboard): for example I was doing a PEK-AMS in world business class and then AMS-TLV in business Europe but it showed up as WBC as well on KL's website.
I was just wondering, did you have a Y ticket and then upgraded or did you buy a business class ticket to begin with? upgrades have different booking codes.
