Whats the point of social media interaction if there isn't considered interaction. If all our comments had been passed on surely someone in Etiahd Guest management would respond. Im really disappointed with Etihads response to really genuine concerns about their changes to their loyalty program and how they would effect Guest members wanting to redeem Business class seats.... Guys a response please !!!! It really seems like you don't care at the moment; maybe that's just a perception but its perceptions that count !!
