I have been monitoring this thread and have seen that many issues have been brought up over the last few day. I alerted the team and have heard back from them about these issues.
We are currently facing technical issues on Le Club Accorhotels website.
Some members may not be able to access to their points balance and their loyalty cards on their personal account.
We are actively working on solving these issues and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The site is being worked on and everything should be resolved swiftly. I will keep you updated if I hear any more news, we are working on things!
