There is a contract lounge that's quite decent if you have a Diners Club card, I believe Priority Pass as well. I forget the name of it off the top of my head, but using Diners Club lounge finder will point it out. Other than that, it sounds like AA would be your only other option.
That's kinda what I thought, I screwed myself a bit on this booking cuz it was cheap haha. In MEX I won't even have access because I'm there from 0015-0430
gonna have to sit outside that 7-11 and just watch stuff on my laptop, last time I was there they didn't have wifi I don't think either, oh well!
So I guess the blog post I linked to was an exception then huh? In his post he mentioned to the LH lounge agent that he wasn't travelling on *A but she said as long as he was Gold he was good to enter. I might give it a shot, but if someone actually knew for sure I'd love to hear one way or the other.
The funny thing is the lounge finder doesn't mention anything about this LH lounge, but I know it's not perfect. The LH site lists it as a Star Gold lounge, mentions the limited hours, but it says you have to have a valid LH boarding pass, which I think it's been said is false.
