The OP isn't departing on a *A flight from DFW on this itinerary so both the UA Club and the LH lounge are out. *A lounge access in MEX but not DFW.

There is a contract lounge that's quite decent if you have a Diners Club card, I believe Priority Pass as well. I forget the name of it off the top of my head, but using Diners Club lounge finder will point it out. Other than that, it sounds like AA would be your only other option.
