And some do pay for it if they can't get it guaranteed for free... as is often the case of some of the peak flights. It's not a bad product compared to the seating on European domestic premium. Service is good. Alcohol is free. What more is there for a flight of a couple hours?
i just wish more airlines resembled Korean Air, which has a rather visually harmonious (pretty), energetic (young) staff.
even some of the other asian airlines like JAL and CX seem to not do this.
