You probably do have it. I have been Lifetime Platinum for a long time, when I logon it only says Platinum - no mention of Lifetime although I did receive a nice letter from Micheal Gunn (I think that was his name) welcoming me when I hit 2mm. As many have mentioned the count moves very slow now.
