Here's my question. The B.A. flight arrives in Seattle at 4 p.m., the website then gives me various options of continuing to Las Vegas 2 hours later, or 5 hours later, or even taking one of two morning flights the next day.

All itineraries price out at 20k, even if stopping in Seattle for 5-16 hours. Why? I thought there was no longer a stopover of more than 4 hours at the North American gateway?

I'm not complaining, I'd just like to understand it. Thanks.
It's not a stopover; it's a connection. On international itineraries, you have up to 24 hours to connect between flights, even if the flight you're connecting to is a domestic one.
