DL is holding a massive conference in BOS this week with thousands of DL employees. There was cargo on that plane that HAD to be in BOS for prep.
Just curious: you are obviously not speculating that there is a conference, but do you know for a fact the OP's flight was used for transporting cargo related to the conference?
