What really puzzles me is not that I got declined for CSP due to the too many new accounts in last 2 years message. It is that when I called recon and offered to reallocate my CL from other chase cards like UA and IHG so that they do not need to extend me any new CL, the analyst simply could not, or was not willing to do anything about it.
