I received two United Club one-time passes (one for the outbound flights, the other one for the inbound ones) and I was wondering if it is really possible to use them to access all the LH lounges in Milan, Munich, London Heathrow and Frankfurt. According to the Star Alliance site it should be possible, but the LH site doesn't mention anything about this matter. Can anyone help me?
You can only use them at a United Club, in this case the only one on your trip is at LHR. However, if I'm not mistaken the UC is in a far flung portion of T2 which is not near where your LH flights will be.

Even then a 1 time pass is a one time pass. For example if you were flying on UA from EWR-ORD-SFO & SFO-ORD-EWR 1 pass = 1 club so you could have EWR or ORD or both on the way out and none on the way back or SFO or ORD on the way back or both and none on the way out.
