I recall only Y-to-C is comp to EXP. C-to-F isn't.

And the mileage co-pay exists for AA : $75 Y-to-C and $175 C-to-F for most booking codes :

Hard to quantify B6 having the best seats - many have opined those seats are quite "firm" and not as comfortable for sleeping.

UA offers the most J seats on JFK-SFO. Who's filling them then ? Non-revs, awards, and Op-ups ?
