First is first and business is business.
BusinessFirst is just another one of United's many lies and deceptions. Of course, UA calls it "marketing."
Of the four airlines with premium service between JFK-LAX/SFO, UA has the poorest offering in business.
Well, technically there are 5 (UA/AA/DL/B6/VX).
For 757 and A321, UA/AA/DL all use the same type of seats in business. DL has some 767 to LAX, which is similar to the seat offered by B6. VX uses the leather recliner.
For the benefit of the OP, the meals and seats are better than "domestic first". And in the US, people use first and business interchangeably for domestic flights. Regardless of the name, it's the front of the plane, and the amenities are slightly better than domestic first, but not quite international business.
But do share why you feel UA has the poorest offering in business.
