We were in Jordan for three days and used this company. Communication before our trip was excellent. On day 1 the driver picked us up on the Jordanian side of the northern crossing, took us to Le Meridien in Amman. On day 2 he picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Jerash. He gave us the entry tickets and handed us over to a guide. Following Jerash, he drove us to the Marriott in Petra. On day 3 he had a taxi driver pick us up at the hotel and drive us to the Petra entrance. The taxi driver gave us our entry tickets and then turned us over to a guide. Following the tour of Petra, the driver picked us up and drove us back to Le Meridien.
The driver was extremely attentive to our needs, took care of all details and even gave us a cell phone with his number programmed in just in case we needed to contact him. In addition, price was reasonable.
