A few week ago, I purchased $50 groupon gc for $35 on Kroger. I got two with $70 and 280 gas point with OBC.
Gift cards (vgc) are always 2x...They only run 4x on gc every now and then. It says in the terms for the summer double that GC are excluded from doubling.
