Like for the BlueBird & Serve, the Bill Pay service is most likely managed by Wells Fargo since AMEX "Centurion" bank isn't a regular bank that does deposit & withdrawals, etc.
I believe it's run through Northern Trust, at least, IIRC, that's who the physical billpay checks are drawn on.
